Muay Thai: the founding principles of the martial art
Muay Thai is a martial art of eloquent efficiency in self-defense. It was the prerogative of the king’s soldiers in the sixteenth century. In other words, the martial art has been the secret weapon of the Thai army in time of war and conquest. When the latter came to an end in the eighteenth century, Muay Thai has been gradually popularized to become a national sport in the mid-nineteenth century. The discipline has been largely integrated into the educational system of young Thai. It is also the subject of a huge business for bettors.

Muay Thai, also known as Thai boxing, boxing is a hands-feet more or less similar to the American Kickboxing. It is however, more dangerous than the famous American in the discipline since it also includes technical striking with elbows and knees. The disciplinary sanctions, however, irregularities such as classic hits in the lower abdomen, biting, blinding with the fingers … Muay Thai has been introduced in the West in the early 80s. The French and Americans are particularly attracted by the discipline of martial Thai inspiration.

Muay Thai: Practice and Benefits
A typical session usually lasts Muay Thai 2 hours in the West. The session begins with warm-up phase of muscles and joints. The practitioners then become familiar with techniques for discipline like punches circulars, direct punches, roundhouse kick to the face and thighs … They then practice these techniques in fighting flexible . The meeting continued the practice exercises with equipment and exercises muscles tightening. It always ends with exercises to restore calm.
