They have no beneficial effect on our body and facilitate the increase in LDL cholesterol, causing deposits of fat in the arteries and thickening the blood, it follows a rise in blood pressure of the blood increasing the risk of heart attacks.

I have problems with tritanopia, but there are more forms of color blindness that may also get difficulties.
