4.I prevents maximum use of grease or I eat very little (I become semi-vegetarian)</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Some foods are better than others to burn fat. In fact, there is so much confusion about food is really good for burning fat that people do not know what to eat. Simply put, I came with a list of 15 best foods fat burning. However, these foods are not listed in the order if the number 1 is not better than number 15, all the foods listed here are the best and most studied food fat burning.</p>
<p><strong>Whey Protein</strong>:<img class="alignleft" title="22354-100-myopro-whey-protein-choc" src="../wp-content/uploads/2009/10/22354-100-myopro-whey-protein-choc-300x300.jpg" alt="22354-100-myopro-whey-protein-choc" width="150" height="125" /> This supplement quick and easy food is the basis of many health food nuts food for good reason. Whey protein increases glutathione, which is one of anti-oxidants most important in the body. It also contains normal amounts of ACE inhibitors that lower blood pressure and improve heart function. In addition, whey protein keeps you full longer so you do not end up snacking on foods that wreck your diet.<br />

Broccoli contains sulforaphane and indoles, nutrients that protect against prostate, stomach, skin and breast cancer, as well as reducing bad estrogen in the body. When we reduce estrogen we raise our natural hormones burn fat. Broccoli is also rich in anti-inflammatory, which helps our joints after intense exercise. Not to mention fiber, which delays hunger.</p>

Greatest advantage is that wild fish oils containing omega-3 increases the fish heart health, reduces heart attacks and heart arrhythimias and improve brain function, memory, health of skin and renal function. Not bad for some fish eh? I almost did not put the tuna on the list because of its mercury content, but a look at the protein in the tuna and I knew there was a place as one of 15 fat burning foods. A fire can of tuna has forty-two grams of protein per can. That&#8217;s a lot of protein and tuna contain even a healthy dose of omega-3 fish too.</p>
